As a boutique builder and general contractor, we take on a limited number of homes each year. Jake stays close to every one, from the first conversation through design, permits and construction to the final walkthrough. We manage the trades and suppliers, and keep you informed along the way.

We won't put a number on a page before we know your land and your plans. What we can tell you is what moves the price, so the first conversation is a useful one.
Access, slope and where the home can sit on the lot. Some sites need much more work than others before the foundation goes in.
Bringing in a well, septic, power and road access is part of building on acreage, and it's easy to underestimate.
A bigger home costs more, but shape matters too. Complex rooflines, long spans and custom details add time, materials and skilled labour.
