We took this 1,800 sq ft Canyon Meadows bungalow right back to the studs and renovated it from top to bottom.

Everything was improved: all new plumbing, HVAC and electrical, spray foam insulation in every exterior wall, new windows, a new layout and a Hardie board exterior.

The aim was a more functional home. We vaulted the ceilings without taking off the roof, and the new ensuite, with its freestanding tub and patterned tile, was a highlight. Ten months from start to finish.
