We renovated this Citadel home from top to bottom for its original owners, about 2,200 sq ft. Almost everything in it is new.
That meant a new kitchen, three new bathrooms including the ensuite, feathered hardwood, new flooring and carpet, new lighting, and new doors, baseboards and casing throughout.
Two favourites: the moody powder room, with its dark patterned wallpaper, and the playful mosaic backsplash in the kitchen. Four months from start to finish.
