Jake took this build over at the framing stage, after the clients parted ways with their original builder. He gave them a clear, fully transparent budget, kept the project on it, and finished construction in the timeline they asked for.
The finishes are what you see here: timber beams, wood cabinetry and built-ins, stone fireplaces inside and out, and a covered deck that looks out over the land. Ten months from start to finish.
