Kitchen and great room renovation

The kitchen drove this renovation. The owners of this 2,200 sq ft Foothills County home wanted a kitchen that worked better for them.

We built a much more functional kitchen around a generous island, with a proper pantry and a coffee bar, and put in a larger window at the sink to take in the views.

Beyond the kitchen, we raised the sunken living room, took the fireplace higher so it anchors the two-storey great room, and added double French doors to the music room. New flooring, lighting, paint and front and back doors finished the work. Three months from start to finish.
